1. How can I make a reservation?
To book your stay, please contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. After scheduling your dates, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, based on the details we provide. The remaining 50% and the cleaning fee must be transferred no later than 30 days before arrival. We will send you written confirmation for all payments and the reservation.
2. How do I check in to the apartment?

3. What should I do in case of an unexpected issue with the apartment?
If any problem arises, please notify the contact person immediately. They will do their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. How can I get from the airport to the accommodation?
There are several options available: you can book an airport transfer, take a bus, or rent a car at the airport.
5. What should I do upon departure?
Before leaving, please inform the contact person about your exact departure time. This can also be arranged upon arrival. They will provide all the necessary information for check-out.
6. What should I do if something gets damaged in the apartment or its equipment?
If any damage occurs, please notify the contact person immediately. Further steps and possible compensation will be discussed with them.
7. Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
We strive to be flexible whenever possible, but this depends on the apartment's availability. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please inquire in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
